Quinton Ward’s practice investigates the dimensionality of the black body.

His work materializes the navigation and experiences of African Americans by assembling pieces that include Illustration, sculpture, and various other mediums. His practice expands into the broader community by intersecting art, design, and community.

Working within nonprofit leadership, creating interventions for access to basic needs, assisting in equitable community development and engagement processes, and designing programming to create a positive sustainable impact.

Quinton Ward earned his Bachelors of Fine Arts in Graphic Design at Webster University in Saint Louis.

He currently serves as the Senior Manager of MetroMarket at Operation Food Search. A metro bus turned into a mobile grocery store that travels to areas with limited access to fresh, healthy food at a reduced cost.
